Emasculating men in the name of highly sought after concert tickets, where does it end? Is a normal race too much to ask for? Shits fricking disgusting.

If the contest occurred 7-8 years ago no one bats an eye or calls it disgusting. It would be a funny contest where dads dressed up and looked stupid but it was all in good fun.

i fricking hate this obsession with taylor swift. i do not understand it at all.

Given what’s out there, TSwift is the “safest” option for young girls like mine. I don’t mind it.

She mostly listens to old Taylor, not the new raunchy shite.

Isn't Gordy Rush the general manager of that whole group of stations? I guess he signed off on it.

I have heard of a few similar contests in the past, but they actually have to use the term drag to normalize it. In others “drag” or “drag queen” was never used or it was just used to make fun of how bad the person looked while wearing a female costume, and it was not used openly for anything where kids were present or involved as drag is a gay fetish.

100.7 and Duplessis, know your audience. This won’t go over well

But now that’s dragphobia and drags have to be respected…

It makes me now wonder if the change to this swift contest was because of drag queens getting offended or liberal white females getting offended for them.

It was put on by guaranty media. 100.7 and 98.1. I posted about it last night and for some reason my post was removed from the OT.

They must have got some kickback. That's why they changed it. It doesn't surprise me. Who signed off on that in the first place?

Humiliation ritual targeting reasonably conservative, straight white men?

Check.

Someone completely out of touch with their audience. It's actually impressive how stupid this idea was when you think about it for even one second.

Again, dudes have ben doing this on red dress day in Nola for decades. And for much less than $1k tickets.

But now it's a problem?
