LSU res life sent a message out yesterday saying that individual dorms won’t have power. The generators are for emergency use.
We have power Perkins @ seigen (oaks at Windermere) but it has gone off and on about 10 times.

Yep same. Highland and Lee. The street next to mine in our neighborhood is out, but we still have it for now. Lots of flickering though.
Got the window unit set up and cords run to the generator so all we have to do is gas and turn on when ready.
My parents are in Central and were out earlier today, but they got it back and still have it. Their WiFi is out, but they have power for now.

I am close to Goodwood and Airline. Moved here from Birmingham 6 months ago and this is my first hurricane. Much worse than I expected but I think we are gonna be ok. Glad I stayed around to see it but my dumbass didn't get a generator
