It’s just like the Broome and Latoya stuff.

Hard questions have to get asked.

None of these idiots are being held to any sort of standard. Then when anyone does ask a question, they risk their job.

Frick people like those judges and the mayors

Baton Rouge could be cleaned up. It's not a difficult problem to fix. There are several major issues though. 1. Build a massive modern jail. The problem? They can't get the tax passed. The current EBR jail is horrific and ancient. 2. Elect judges who actually want to protect the innocent public. The problem? A large portion of the voters in EBR clearly support this revolving door. 3. Elect a DA who actually prosecutes. The problem? There is nobody that will get elected in BR that is better than Hillar. He is horrible, but whoever replaces him will be ten times as bad. Think New Orleans DA bad. 4. Fund the hell out of the police and elect/appoint leaders who support their people. The problem? Murphy Paul is a puppet and whoever eventually replaces Sid will likely suck, similar to the issue with replacing Hillar. You'll never be able to pass additional taxes to EBR to fund law enforcement and the massive wasted taxes in place now will never be diverted from their pet projects. I guarantee you if you got a Sheriff and Police Chief like the ones you see in Florida who fund and support their men, you won't have a recruiting and retention issue, especially as liberal cities run every last cop out of their departments. We are well beyond pretending "programs" work. The only thing that works is physically removing the violent and predatory criminals from society by locking them up as long as legally possible.

This is it folks. Right here. Excellent post sir. Might I add that our next Sheriff will probably not be good unless people get off their arse and vote/support the right candidate.

I’ll supply the car if these 2 do a Thelma and Louis. Hell, I’ll throw in a stack of ones twice the size he is holding.

Judiciary Commission of LA - Complaints
quote:

The Judiciary Commission takes complaints against judges for misconduct very seriously. The Commission usually has no way of learning of possible judicial misconduct unless a complaint is filed. However, a complaint must be properly submitted for the Commission to conduct an evaluation and investigation. A complaint must be submitted in writing, must specifically name a judge or judicial officer (and not simply name an entire court), and must contain enough specific facts for the Commission to evaluate the judge’s alleged conduct. Complaints with only vague and/or conclusory statements will be screened out without action.

Complaints may be filed on the Commission’s Complaint Form or by letter. Individuals also may email complaints as long as the email does not contain any attachments and provided that the email includes the individual’s name and contact information. A complainant should keep a copy of the complaint and any documents filed; the Commission cannot return copies once submitted to it. Below are frequently asked questions regarding complaints.

Why did you single out the black sounding name and not the other idiot judge as well?

Please please tell me you are not this stupid.

One is charged with an attempted killing and yet his bond was set at three times the amount of the one that is charged with actually killing someone.

The news really should not have lumped in the white judge with the worthless judge. But can’t seem racist yiu know….

100k for killing someone. What was Rittenhouses bond again?

The judge is a genius. Double and Triple vaxx might be a death sentence down the line. Low key taking criminals out in within a few years reducing crime. Genius.

Theses guys have 30k? I mean I know there are bail bondsmen but that’s a lot on the line to hope they show up to court

If you can put up property in the parish equal to the bond, it doesn’t cost you anything.

If yiu pay 12% to the bondsman, you don’t get that money back. They keep it. That’s why they have bounty hunters after you if they skip court. The bondsman is on the hook.

Genuinely asking, what is the reasoning judges come up with, across the entire country, to be letting violent criminals be out on bond/walk free?

What reasons are they giving? It seems systemic (their favorite word) at this point.

, get vaccinated.

Attorney Ashley Greenhouse said Judge Crifasi gave her client the opportunity to get fully vaccinated in place of finishing the last four hours of court-ordered community service. “He was like if you show me, we’ll reset the matter,” Greenhouse said. “If you’ll come back and show me you’re double vaccinated, fully vaccinated then I will give you credit for those hours.

If this is true, this jackass needs to be removed from the bench. What in the hell does vaccination have to with a criminal case? Get the frick outta here with nonsense.

Nothing out of the ordinary there. Just two heterosexual black men dressed up in matching track suits.

I bet this guy’s hit single is “Have I Mentioned I Am Heterosexual Yet Today?”

and yet…..Thursday during the Allison Rice press conference, when Kiran’s report of a witness statement was brought up, a BRPD lackey stepped to the microphone and said that was “a hideous rumor”

This type of disingenuous horseshite is why there is very little hope that BR will ever change

Apparently judges are fair game to WBRZ, just not the Mayor and her puppet Paul. Kiran is the only legit journalist left in this town. All the rest are conscious co-conspirators, just like the national MSM. They all want complete civil unrest, it’s what Soros pays for.
