bullshite. I dont see a single pothole. Though I can still smell the piss from that photo. Based on that photo, it never dries.

Every time I see all these pictures of New Orleans completely empty I can't help but think the city is missing out on a golden opportunity to pressure wash itself.

Read an article how the city is using this to help the rat problem because there is not enough food, so baiting is working well.
