Bought new car. Finance company has no account or record...

It’s been 3 months and haven’t received any paperwork, account, or payment information from the financial company. When I call and give them all information (VIN, SS #, etc) they have no account for the individual or record of car.
Nobody from the dealership will return my call and they’re 4 hours away so can’t just drive up there.
Just let it ride? I don’t want to have a tow truck show up one day and repossess my ride but have nobody to send money too.

If you don't have the title, you don't own the car. I would not let this ride.

Did you finance through one of those Credit Clown type of finance companies? When you get your credit right use a bank they will have their shite together.

Was it a New car (never before titled) or a Used Car?
If used, your more on your own; if new, contact the manufacturer.

Suggestions on how to get it taken care of? I don’t know what else to do if the finance company has no records of anything.

It sounds like the dealership never sent in the paperwork to the lender. it happens. i would contact the F&I department or the accounting department of the store from where i purchased.

Tried to several times over the last couple of weeks. Left several voicemails with the FM (who never answers the phone) and messages with the person that answers the phone and have never received a call back.

Just keep putting money aside like it’s a car payment just incase one day they figure it out and want their money.
