That's my take as well. If you're taking a paycut and having your benefits slashed, you need balls of steel to ask for half a day off every Friday.

Businesses that will want to compete for good employees when our economy improves in 10- 18 mo’s, will have wished they haven't lost their best people when this is over.. go take the best job u can find, then take your skills elsewhere when they are all competing for good employees.. fucc em.. if ur not 60 yrs old.. you will make it up on the next upswing..
