as an independent, this makes me wonder, what WOULD it take for a D to vote R or a R to vote D? like, for those of y'all so firmly rooted in your political party is there NOTHING that they can do that would make you say "nah, that's it", at least for the one election cycle, even?

Each party has something like a 90% approval rate among others in the same party. Independents will decide the election outcome.

The "entire" video that has been edited to remove any context and to present one specific narrative, one that wasn't clear at all to begin with.

But then again you think Good was just some peaceful woman out doing her grocery shopping when some ICE agent randomly shot her because that's what ICE agents do.

We all know ICE are probably not trained to deal with protestors. This should be the job of the police and the national guard. Obviously, MN was not doing what they needed to do to protect both the protestors and ICE.
Corrrect. But Trump and leaders KNOW THIS

Don’t jsut throw up your hands and say “oh well, keep going we will jsut accept our untrained agents killing a few citizens”

It’s fricked up what dumbass Waltz is doing. But then pause and come up with a solution to fix that.

That's the entire point. Which is why this is only happening in one specific city.

City (and state) leaders are doing everything they can to create these confrontations.

Why?

After the Somali fraud stuff hit the right news cycles, the feds announced a huge deployment of ICE to Minnesota. It became the national flash point for the entire debate and has escalated since.

2,000 federal agents sent to Minneapolis area to carry out 'largest immigration operation ever,' ICE says

quote:

The Trump administration has launched what officials describe as the largest federal immigration enforcement operation ever carried out, preparing to deploy as many as 2,000 federal agents and officers to the Minneapolis area for a sweeping crackdown tied in part to allegations of fraud involving Somali residents.

The surge dramatically expands the federal law enforcement footprint in Minnesota amid heightened political and community tensions. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Acting Director Todd Lyons, during an interview with Newsmax, called the crackdown the agency's "largest immigration operation ever."

You actually went through my post history. That's.....sad.

What if I told you, and hear me out, I'm able to evaluate each situation at hand and form my opinion based on that?

Nah, never mind. Like you give two fricks or understand that concept.

What's the solution if you're in Trump's shoes? You're fricked either way. You federalize the guard? You bring in federal troops? You pull ICE from MN?

All of those options are terrible options in terms of elections and approval ratings.

Dem US Senator out right lying about a letter from the AG claiming it states that ICE will leave the state of Minnesota if given access to the state’s database and then adding that this has never been about enforcing immigration but Trump taking over elections in swing states. When did Minnesota become a swing state? Or is that a slip up and an acknowledging on how illegals and other imported voters affect it?

Pam Bondi’s letter doesn’t say anything about ICE leaving Minnesota. Further, ICE is not under her purview as it is one of the agencies in DHS, which is under the leadership of the Secretary of Homeland Security. I thought you were just stupid but then I see your profile lists you as a political operative for Democrats.

quote:

Actually, it looks like the core demand is ending the illegal sanctuary state policies and letting ICE remove illegals. Why did you leave that out? Also, yes, the American people have a right to know if illegal aliens are implicated in MN’s voter files, especially after this.

quote:

No, the letter doesn’t—at all—say this.

Democrat politicians know their sheep-supporters are stupid—and believe their deflections and lies.

The more important question:

A. Why are states unwilling to provide transparency in elections?

B. Because Democrats have illegal voters.

So you took his point and then tried to justify the feds killing a guy?

No. I think it was a bad shoot. I’m just looking at the forest and not the trees. In a normal situation these LE should be in serious trouble….but this is not a normal situation as the city has been mobilized against them and protestors have been fricking with them for weeks…by design….to create this specific outcome.

You come armed into this situation and confront LE? Yeah…I don’t have a lot of sympathy.

Sadly, I believe I had an exchange with him about our interventionist actions in Venezuela as well.

My opinion on the most recent incident is “everyone involved sucks”. ‘87 has made a pretty good case in here showing ICE was being a bit aggressive on their handling of the whistle lady, then the guy with the gun stepped in, bad shite happened. I wish it didn’t.

We have seen multiple, unedited videos of the entire incident, from various angles, in fact.

Why has it escalated to this in only Minneapolis when ICE is currently operating around the country?

It's almost like the state and local government want this to happen.

All of those are options

An option should not be “frick it”
