They had plenty of officers there. Seems like the only reason to shoot is if he had a weapon.

The weirdest part about this whole fiasco is how people who claim to support the 2A are also arguing that LEO can just yell "GUN" when apprehending a suspect and kill the suspect even if he's not holding, or attempting to hold, the gun....or even if it's outside of his possession entirely.

I don't know why people are trying to justify this. This was a bad shoot. Real bad. Goode was questionable. This one? 100% bad.

We'll see how this all shakes out when the full accurate story comes out, but all of this could have been prevented if he didn't show up to a supposed peaceful protest packing a concealed weapon and intervened.

I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t care anymore. MN has given mobs free rein and basically told LE to stand down but the Feds are supposed to act within strict ROE while Marxists navel gaze about constitutional rights? While they direct people to go out and resist federal agents?

frick them. If you’re going to get out and FA during this chaos and get shot…you just FO. I don’t remember all of the hand wringing when Ashli Babbit got shot….or when J6’ers where chased all over the country and locked up for inordinate amounts of time.

I’ve managed my whole life to not be in the middle of federal agents trying apprehend criminals. If these people want to get involved and get shot…sorry not sorry.

What does ID have to do with anything, he was never asked for ID?

When did he swarm officers?

When did he reach for a firearm?

We have multiple videos showing the whole event that make all three of these points moot.
