Oh no he said f*** the Police, that's his first amendment right, oh no he was out protesting, oh that's his right as well, oh wait he had a gun, oh it was a legal concealed carry, oh no he reached for his firearm and was going to shoot someone, oh wait he was already disarmed before he was executed.

It's okay to acknowledge that this is wrong. No one is going to make fun of you for saying hey you know what I agree with Trump on a lot of stuff but this seems to be morally questionable and maybe it's actually bad. It's okay to backtrack, it's okay to admit hey I didn't have all the evidence I didn't see this or that.

Guess we watched different videos because the one I saw showed him injecting himself in a situation that had nothing to do with him

My argument? This is your argument. A few pages back you posted:
quote:

The statement is true under established Fourth Amendment excessive force jurisprudence (Graham v. Connor, 490 U.S. 386 (1989), and Tennessee v. Garner, 471 U.S. 1 (1985), as applied in numerous cases). Officers may use deadly force when they have an objectively reasonable belief — based on the totality of circumstances — that the suspect poses an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to the officer or others. This includes reasonable perceptions of a weapon or threat, even if the perception turns out to be mistaken.Key supporting principles from case law:The reasonableness standard is objective and accounts for the "totality of the circumstances," including split-second decisions in tense, uncertain, and rapidly evolving situations

To me, that sounds like an officer mishandling a firearm that you legally carry and give him temporary possession of is a green light for his partner to shoot you if he misunderstands the situation. That's what your grok analysis says.

About halfway down the page, it shows the ice officer shoving the woman to the ground and the guy walking over to pick her up.

And is that the entire story? Guy walking down the street minding his own business. LEO walks up to a lady and pushes her down. He walks over to help her up, gets into it with an officer and pulls out his phone, gets maced and eventually killed?

I did not see this in any video. I saw a video of one of the first encounters and he and an officer are face to face with him recording.

You mean he was protesting peacefully which is his god-given right as an American citizen, and that upset the ice officers so it's okay that they executed him, is that what you f****** mean?

Yes as far as the evidence would suggest that is the entire story. You know what I don't know what to say, I can only hope that some of you people defending this have something like this happen to you or someone you love and then you're going to be like oh I guess I made a mistake.

And I mean that's a really sad and hateful thing for me to say, but I really don't know how else you're going to come to the realization that this is not good.

Go start a fight with cops while armed. You will die 99 out of 100 times.

Hint: if something has a 99% mortality rate, it’s not a right.

The 23 second mark where he walks over to the officer isn't real?

No he wasn’t but you people keep up the victim hood bs. You play with firearms and fighting with LE they are going to hurt you or kill you! It’s that simple. This happens in every day life since the beginning of policing. I don’t hear your outcry when lil Darryl gets blasted in the hood for pulling a gun on LE or his own people. Stfu

So basically, if a heavily armed man shoves a woman to the ground and you help her back on her feet, that's your right as an American, but you might be executed for it and if you are that's on you?
