If that is the suspect's gun, that is literally a second or two, aka a split-second decision. Not like the cops have a hive mind, and the other officers knew the gun was taken away if that is it.

You guys are Monday morning quarterbacking a literal split-second decision that could have been life or death for one of the officers.

Gun was gone, find the video from across the street, you can see grey coat running with the gun and his hand jerks when the first shot rings out. Alex's gun did fire first, but in grey coat's hand. It misfired, the gun is known to have issues.

That gun may still be the first shot. It's got a reputation for firing with no trigger pull. May have went off in the hand of the ICE agent that took it.

The videos do not line with that. There’s yet another video from a different person and different angle showing the officer who fired the first shot. It will make its way here.

not sure why you keep bringing it up like it is crucial to determining whether the officer acted in a legal manner Replyreplies0...

Because it’s a bigger issue than this one incident.

Two people are dead thanks to the ridiculous rhetoric from the left. One was their own fault. This particular case looks to be the officers fault at initial glance.

ICE operations went perfectly fine for 20 plus years. ICE operations are still going perfectly fine in most other cities outside of Minneapolis where they have a governor and mayor stoking anti ice flame and basically inciting violence. They are using useful idiots like the two people that have died.

As I said this will continue to happen in the area because they keep flaming it. Eventually people will be shooting ICE officers on the streets too.

All you do is post zingers

You never post anything relevant to defend your views because you lack the ability.

Another lie. Dang you can't help yourself

Edit: you can check my posts itt. Besides pointing out your very fake Twitter post I've given several points of contention that this was not in any way a fair shooting. The ice officers should be fully prosecuted. This was a broad daylight murder.

Two things can be true

The rhetoric from the left and the ball actions of these lunatic protestors make for a chaotic high tension situation

But that doesn’t excuse the actions of these agents.

Yes, we are Monday morning quarterbacking federal law enforcement agents shooting an American citizen that they have on the ground. Part of any job is being held accountable for your actions.

I don’t think it does, but probably for different reasons.

At the end of the day, keyboard warriors are trying to become real warriors. Instead of working a 9-5 or staying in to keep warm, they hit the streets to defend unlawful actions. They march for martyrs that were probably bad people, all in the name of being anti-conservative government. That’s it. Nothing more. They want woke points. Same as with the other killing.

It would have been very easy for this dude to have lived through the day. But he chose to go to a dangerous situation.

The holy shite video lines up with grey coat's hand pushing back towards him as the shot rings out.

This is where the gun was at as the first shot is fired, in this guys right hand.

Well, your job or mine doesn't require us to make split-second decisions that could save you and your coworkers' lives.

Pro tip: Don't give LEO the ability to make that decision with your life.
