They are barely trained no surprise, this was a sloppy scuffle in the snow and ice where people were sliding everywhere and you can’t hear a damn thing to begin with because of all the whistles.

These people were in the street, filming and looks like calmly waving vehicles through but not much is coming of it.
We see PLENTY from the start of the video my gif is from. ICE agent comes in and starts shoving and slipping and macing and tackling and then they kill the guy after they disarm him.

The dude in the tan or green shirt, dark pants, and black mask looked to be the only shooter.
Wonder if he saw the gun initially, because he pulls his weapon pretty fast, then maybe he saw it disappear and assumed the victim had it?
