The difference is states are refusing to enforce the law because of severe TDS. That's literally the only difference other than us having way more illegals because of the dead body you voted for 5 years ago.

Unlike you, I actually know and was friends with plenty of “undocumented” folks. Dated a few too. This is going back 20+ years.
