IDK, I once worked out really hard (weights, cardio and BJJ), took a shower and laid down in bed for a minute. Got up quick and walked in my bathroom. Woke up in a pool of blood with my scalp ripped off and a gash in face. Rapid blood pressure loss can happen - that was ruled the cause of the accident. If I'd fallen wrong or didn't have such a hard head I could have easily died that day.
