There are many receipts showing Bob Dylan was touring in England at the time when the alleged abuse was taking place. Sounds like a whole crock of bullshite to me.

It could be someone who is completely crazy. Anything is possible with people, but it just seems pretty ridiculous to wait that long. When you stay silent on someome doing something terrible, it possibly enables that person to do it to others as well.

Concert in Berkeley, California
Concert in Vancouver, Canada
Concert in Portland, Oregon
Concert in Seattle on April 24
First concert of his England tour on April 30
For the first two weeks of May, he was on tour in England. He spent a weekend in Portugal and then returned to England. He became ill during his trip to Portugal and was hospitalized in England due to a viral infection.
Basically, the only time Dylan could have been in New York during that time was the two weeks between his west coast concerts between April 9 and April 23. However, this woman says the abuse happened over a six week span during April and May which is impossible. Dylan was also apparently with his girlfriend in California during those two weeks between concerts. Where is the time for Dylan to go to New York, hold a girl hostage in a hotel room, and abuse her?

Doesn't necessarily mean he's innocent but the burden of proof is on her, and if she's wrong about a major detail like when it happened, we can't trust her memory about anything else.
Or maybe it happened and the perp said he was Bob Dylan.

I'm not really inclined to believe this woman, but that's not what I'd call irrefutable. There's plenty of gaps in there.

56 years is nothing. There are some people in this country that wanna be paid for something that happened to their relatives over 150 years ago.
