BMW lost their way when management decided to offer what seems like 50 different models. Calling the 3 series coupe a 4 series was dumb as well, IMO.

Have black vinyl gloves i wear when messing with antiseize in the shop. Messed around and wore them outside by accident once.

It got so bad that they were making a 4 series "gran coupe" model.
3 series = 4 door
4 series = 3 series with 2 doors, aka coupe
4 series gc = 3 series with 2 doors plus 2 more doors, so 4 doors
Now they have x1, x2, x3, x4, x5, x6, and x7
And ///M went from a special edition of the 3, 5, and x5 to an M-sport edition for every model from the 2 up to the 8, and the x2 up to the x7.
They finally realized the absurdity and are dialing it back a little in 2020.

I need to see more examples of this paint technology. I don't get it. It traps the light instead of reflecting it? Wouldn't this make the car incredibly hot?
