You knew this was coming. The day he was fired i told my SO that he would appeal his firing. He will win his appeal because he was not fired by civil service protocol (not to mention he did nothing wrong by the police protocol either). He was fired for one reason and everyone knows the reason was SWB wanted him fired. He will also win his lawsuit whenever it is filed and then ruled upon. Then SWB will have BR on the hook for millions in a settlement. This is just the beginning of a long process.

He should do as told and comply with the decision.

I'll be genuinely surprised if he wins an appeal.

I can’t claim to be an expert in the processes of firing an officer... but I can confidently say I wouldn’t want that guy policing my neighborhood

No. When adult law enforcement officials tell someone to comply, you do as told. Any appeal is met with severe consequence. His choice.

So he's protesting and not just doing as he's told by law enforcement? Surely a justified shooting is in his very near future.

Why won't people let the police do their job?

If he wasn't fired correctly, then he will win.

As far as his lawsuit, i doubt it goes to trial, City(or if Insured) will end up settling. It's how it always plays out.

, he's not winning millions of dollars in a wrongful termination lawsuit.

Always hilarious when the mouth breathers on here claim every perceived transgression to be a slam dunk multi million dollar case lol

He's not going to win shite. He's a frickwit that was the cause of that whole situation going bad. The fact Sterling was a shitbag does not mitigate the dumbassery of Salamoni. He's just another pussy with a badge and a gun.

Hey Richard Cranium, care to wager on him getting money from a wrongful termination settlement?

So his firing will be overturned by the civil service board which would mean he gets all backpay and yet somehow he will sue and win millions?

Y'all people are clueless. The civil service board is made up of different persons throught city government with only one officer. I highly doubt he wins the appeal which would then go to the 19th JDC if he continues his appeal. I also dont see how he wins millions?????????
