Not saying these are the truthful answers, but they are the easy answers that will shutdown this lawsuit, and good luck to Salamoni's lawyer proving otherwise.

Lol. You think they’re going to ask questions, and once they get “no” they’re just going to drop the suit?

I guarantee you that somewhere along the line, there is paperwork of situations like these that were swept under the rug, and the officer wasn’t fired.

Worst case scenario for Salamoni is that he gets a large settlement.

Armed suspects are apprehended peacefully everyday with no shots fired. This should be the expectation and Salamoni doesn’t appear to have done much to facilitate that.

So I’m good with the outcome. I don’t think he is a murderer, but I don’t think he’s a good cop either.

Sterling is dead because of his own actions. Even if you believe Salamoni escalated things, Sterling and his supporters have no one to blame but the POS shite that started the mess and pointed a gun at an innocent civilian that asked him for a handout.

Instead, morons glorify a criminal as some ultimate victim and in the process led to the murder of 3 innocent officers and the paralysis of another. Why? Because they wanted to blame racism for a moronic piece of shite getting himself killed. Every single person that blew this shite out of proportion had 4 innocent people’s blood on their hands.

Again, who in this thread is glorifying him? I haven’t seen anything remotely like that.

Based on what legal precedent?

Let me guess it'll be perpetually "about to happen" and when it doesn't you guys will claim a 7 figure check was cut without the public's knowledge?

How many of those armed suspects complied with officers demands from the start? I'd be willing to bet it's a pretty high percentage. Also factor in whether or not the officers going to the call knew about a firearm ahead of time. Way too many factors to make it that simple.

Ya know, that's a damn interesting point. "The officers knew ahead of time there was a firearm." So why was Salamoni surprised? "He's got a gun! He's got a gun!" Something is off.

He was confirming the report jackass. The gun was concealed until the point it came out of his pocket and Salamoni was letting Lake know he saw the gun. If AS complied in the beginning they can search him and find the gun that way and everyone goes home.

This is true to a point.... sterling knew he would go to jail for a very long time had he been found with a gun.. a third strike kind of deal... even though he was loaded up on every drug you can think of, I still believe he knew he was busted.....

You're right, there are a lot of ifs that can be applied.

So while we're at it, what if feel salamoni is just a piece of shite with confidence issues and an inferiority complex, and decided prior to arriving on scene that he was going to escalate the situation enough so that he could execute a person that day, knowing full well he could get away without facing any real penalty just by saying he felt threatened?

Was he treated differently than other officers? Has any other officer ever used profanity and not been fired?

Well, when you keep saying you're going to shoot someone in the f***ing head over and over, and a minute later, there is a body, then you're going to be judged a little differently than other officers who might have used profanity. They were dealing with a thug who was lucky to have lived as long as he did, but you should be asking why other officers weren't disciplined if they acted like he did as soon as he arrived on the scene.

Absolutely are a lot of what ifs.

To your point, what if AS knew he was busted when he saw the cars pull in and saw two white boys pull up and said to himself, if I fight instead of doing what they say maybe they will kill me and somebody will kill some pigs in my honor as well as make these coppers lives hell for the next couple years?

Agreed. That's why he didn't comply from the beginning.

Sure are. Like, what if salamoni is just a closet racist that hates black people, and signed up to be a cop just he could get away with executing them whenever he felt like it?

You know another is, what if AS said you know what I'm tired of being out here when my family won't let me live with them because I'm a convicted sex offender and thug so I'm gonna threaten this dude with a gun and when the cops get here I'll get them to kill me instead of me killing myself?

I highly doubt this... He was an arrogant thug who just didn't care about anything but hiself.... A classic hood rat that never amounted to anything... He had been breaking the law for most of his life... Respect for authority was long gone even before the cops showed up.... IMO he got what he deserved.... But the officer was way more aggressive than he could have been... The ONLY other explination would be that Salamoni KNEW who AS was when he walked up to the scene and realized that he knew he was a career criminal....

A friend of mine who used to work for EMS said that unless you spoke a certain way to a certain clientele of people, they simply would not listen or understand you. In other words, speak the way they speak so that they comply. These officers have to do this in order to communicate with the savages. In this case, Sterling was too savage to even comply with that.

I agree with everything you said. I'm playing the hypothetical with this fricktard to show how him stupid and far fetched his what ifs are.

Or maybe, salamoni was so distraught after finding out his wife was cheating on him, mostly due to the fact he couldn't get it up anymore thanks to all the roids, and decided he was going to release his anger by executing someone and just saying he felt threatened after so he wouldn't be have to face any serious reprucussion?
