They have been told they are oppressed by the same people who have been teaching they are oppressed. Affirmative action been around since early 60s

And how is that possible? Every person taking every test has a unique background to themselves and has the same chance to pass or fail. Why would people who pass a test be punished while those failing are rewarded?

Why only those two races? You say proven, but I want to know the specifics of what was asked if Latino and Blacks that wasn’t asked of White, Asians, Indians, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, etc.
Singling out two ethnicities is also just wild. Is black African American capital B “Black”? Did Kenyans who didn’t pass get paid out? South Africans?
Hispanic…I assume doesn’t count Spain? Central America? South America? Cubans? Puerto Ricans?
What about mixed races? Do you have to be minimum 50%? What’s the threshold?
If a test is prove to have a “desperate impact” on lower IQ individuals…isn’t that…the point…of a test?
Are they singling out those two ethnicities as lower IQ? Yikes
