He couldn’t recite examples of why the test was biased.
He took the test 30 years ago.
Who is going to remember a question from a test they took 30 years ago?

Instead of spending this kind of money to help minorities thrive and meet the standard, Democrats reward them for failing.
I feel like I've seen this before.

Well, he apparently didn't know the answer to the question 30 years ago, so why would he still remember the question 30 years later?

That's a pretty high standard you're holding these tests to. What if the test was from a historically disenfranchised group and can't do testing as well as other examinations?

So, whites who failed the test are getting a piece of this, too? No, no they’re not.

I guess this is just because more whites passed without any other consideration.
Going back to 1994 did any of these victims try to take exam again?

But Grim recalled hiring private tutors and studying for it during the early 1990s, before failing many times.

They are getting pension checks as well for work never done.
Some whites failed as well. In around 11 years around 10% of the whites failed based on one article. Do they get all this back pay? Did any retake and pass?
51% to 62% of the blacks passed during same time period. They really screwed up being successful…

The teachers’ case involves the Liberal Arts and Sciences Test, a state-mandated exam that city educators and job applicants were required to take from 1993 to 2004.
More than 90 percent of white test-takers passed the 80-question multiple-choice quiz — one version of which asked teachers to explain the meaning of a painting by pop artist Andy Warhol.
But black applicants scored passing grades only between 51 and 62 percent of the time, and Latinos had an even lower passing rate, just 47 to 55 percent.
If 51% to 62% of the blacks who took the test passed the ones that failed did so for reasons not involving a racist test.

While I 100% agree, the states will get bailed out by the Feds any time there is a Democrat POTUS or House in DC.

I know several whites who have failed the PRAXIS test (for teacher certification in LA and many other states now) multiple times. Should we just give them a career’s worth of salary and benefits because they can’t pass the test?
