To prove BAC, yeah. But if there are cameras in Fred's or his credit card statement shows he swiped it at a bar or bars, that's more ammo to build a case. Subpoena some bartenders, get some security cam footage of him drinking over the course of a few hours, bring in an expert to testify a reasonable BAC range that a man his size would have after x number of drinks, etc.

I love how my Ben-Hur gif was deleted from this thread because it was seen as too insensitive. Meanwhile, people are making Breaking Bad jokes on my thread about the two high schoolers who had to be airlifted to a hospital after suffering horrible burns in a science lab explosion. Let's not even start on the Fargo/Tucker and Dale vs. Evil gifs/memes being made in the thread about the landscaper who died in the wood chipper.

Saw earlier this evening on FB that the deceased was part of drag racing hit and run fatality in Dville approx 23 years ago. Left person for dead and never charged.
