When everything is racist, nothing is racist.
btw, Tucks sounds like a parade for gay men.

Per Helena and Morell, “The phrase ‘FAT Tuesday’ is widely recognized as harmful, a form of bullying and discrimination known as fat shaming, weight stigma, or anti-fat bias.”

Insufferable black victim mentality.

Next year: Transplants are offended by everything and black people complain they aren't being thrown anything

Sure doesn't sound like it. The rider was trying to do that and now has to wear the scarlet letter.
This is a textbook example of how victimhood is a learned trait. If the family had reacted with excitement that the girl got a free Barbie that looks just like her and had them yell out to thank the rider, those neurons would be formed a lot differently than the way they are now which is that "white people are evil and everyone is out to get me so I'm owed stuff." These parents are ruining their kid for life.
It's a shame.

This is what they deserve for their crocodile tears.

I rode in Tucks Saturday. Not that float. Sitting at the after party in my post-ride high, my float lieutenant and I were talking about how great it was to see every kind of person, all ages and all races, out there partying together, smiling, laughing, dancing, and having the best time. Maybe we don't all hate each other after all. Then, waking up Sunday and reading all this bullshite and negativity...racism, riders don't throw enough or to the right people, we should spend more because people didn't catch enough...all the bitching and entitlement. Fatigue is the correct word. It just makes me sad. Rant over.

You guys should organize and throw out your weak arse president. He convicted and sentenced those two guys without the facts. That alone should be enough to oust his pansy arse.

Imagine if they had caught this one from a few years ago. This from NOLA.com.

Imagine how torn these weak fricks would be if they found out black men are handing out black faced coconuts on Zulu lol

I mean, that one, well.... yikes.
That's not a throw they should be throwing.
But this story is 100% fabricated BS.

Serious question…why do people go to Mardi Gras parades if they are easily offended? That is NOT a safe space

This reminds of that story years ago in LaPlace where one of the workers were suing because he went into the DPW director's office and saw a dart board and all the darts were on the black color.

Zero Zulu riders or truck parade riders will be kicked off
Fun aside: the Blaine Kern Mardi Gras float that has been following a parade a day, that looked like an out of place misfit float with all the cameras and audio equipment on it, was also supposed to roll in Zulu.
Word came down yesterday that they weren’t getting to roll in it due to all of this controversy and white riders wearing “black face“ would be another controversy.
People flew in from other states to ride in that. My friend‘s dad made coconuts for a week to prepare. What a world we live in.

Is this the most offended Mardi Gras ever?
