The entire situation needs to be turned around on him.
He is a blatant racist.
He supports releasing these murderers back onto the streets where they tend to victimize and murder more minorities.

He should be more worried about a family member of a deceased than the country populace.

All major metro areas in the Southeast are beyond repair. And all for the same reason. Somehow, city centers are going to have to move, and leave the original cities to the feral animals that have overrun them. The problem is that most of the outlying areas rely on city centers for a lot of their infrastructure, like drinking water and sewage treatment. It’s starting to feel like we are living in a version of a Mad Max movie.
It’s always them Boo Boo.

This is what Bham did in the 70s-80s. Everyone that could, moved over the mountain to Vestavia, Hoover, and Mnt Brook. As these communities grew, people kept moving south to Chelsea, Helena, Pelham, and Alabaster. We voted down the initiative to form a metro gov’t and rightfully so.

Bham has a lock on the water somehow. Not sure why or how they do this. The county does the water treatment. There’s not much we have to rely on Bham to do.
There has always been a slow movement to ‘take back’ parts of the city. These are border areas like Southside, Avondale or commercial areas like 1st Ave N. There will always be areas that will never come back like my old family place in Central Park, West End, Ensley. Makes me sad when I go through the old neighborhood where my dad grew up.

Best part: He spent 2 years in jail for two counts of Attempted Murder for shooting and wounding two people in a vehicle. The day he plead guilty, he was released on Time Served. Because he was sentenced to 15 years in prison. With 13 suspended. So he walked out of court the same day.
That's unbelievable, I thought alabama was super conservative. I know a guy here in denvee that just got sentenced to 25 years woth nothing suspended after shooting at a car that shot at him and he didn't even come close to hitting the other car or occupants of the car. He also never had a violent crime on his record
He will do 85% of 25 years if they do good time the same way it's done in Louisiana in the past. Usually they make you do 85% of your sentence for aggravated crimes before you're paroled.

Just further proof that progressives are sociopaths that love to terrorize their fellow citizens (their enemies). Make no mistake, this judge is proud of what he did and what his little progressive foot soldier is doing. He would gleefully allow him to kill as many Trump supporters as he could get away with. These people are pure evil and are damn proud of it.

The irony is that the 44 people he shot were almost all certainly progressive Democrats themselves. (Except possibly for the guy working at UPS...that guy might have been a straight up baw). Yet the people angry at the death and terrorizing of the Democrats are the conservative Republicans. You don't hear a word of condemnation from the progressive community.
It's like crazy town.

Judge Carpentar is a true piece of shite. If one of my family members had been killed due to his ineptitude, he'd be looking over his should the rest of his life.

The areas my grandparents lived in and my parents grew up in are in the heart of Jackstanistan, close to Jackson State. I can’t even drive my kids through those areas in broad daylight. My cousin saw the white flight coming and started developing subdivisions around the reservoir, with my uncle telling him “no one is going to move that far out of town”.
There’s some interesting reporting done by the Jackson Jambalaya on the sovereign African family that’s been running Jackson for a number of years, and all the skimming going on from EPA grants and taxpayer dollars that were dedicated to upgrading the water treatment system. Yet the locals, knowing all these things elected this winner Father/Son combo to run the city.
As stated elsewhere, criminals elect criminals to do criminal things. We will see if Sid and Chief LeDuff can even move the needle in BR, I have grave doubts that they can

if he was white it would be in every paper about a serial killer. Why aren't they calling this guy a serial killer?

what is the name of the judge?

Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge David Carpenter. Judge Carpenter describes himself this way:

Can any of our so-called “OT moderates” please help me understand how any sane person can still support what the Democrat Party has become? I want to understand. Help me.

I’ve witnessed the same phenomenon, only from the perspective of the north of Bham. It started in Eastlake, then Roebuck, and Center Point. Thugs moved in, regular folks moved further out to places like Trussville, Pinson, Clay, and the surrounding areas. Now it’s starting to show signs in Pinson and Clay.
It all starts with government funded “affordable” housing. If you live in an area and hear this coming, my advice is to list your house immediately while you still can get a decent price on it.

Yet funny enough this guy is responsible for more black deaths than the KKK in 50+ years
He’s responsible for more black deaths than Dylan Roof
Such a great liberal hero

Overall it is. But when you get into the big urban areas like Birmingham, they’re no different than any other leftist controlled shithole. Soros spent a mountain of money supporting radical leftist judges and DAs all across the country. He’s getting what he paid for.
