Bill Nye reminds me strongly of some Nazi party pseudo-celebrity/scientist favorite who is just kept in the national spotlight as a lacky to all things "progressive"

Exactly. These protestors would have a valid point if this thing has been publicly funded. But it wasn't.

I do find it quite ironic that these protestors all probably feel intellectually superior but they are too dumb to understand what "taxpayer funded" actually means.

Bill Nye has become quite a douche since his return to the spotlight. It's a private entity and nobody is forced to go there.

It's harmful? Should parents who take their kids there be investigated for child abuse?
