The biggest red flag for me was when the vaccinated started getting sick and the narrative changed to "it may not prevent the disease but it won't be as severe".

When everyone in government and the media began to ignore natural immunity. And anyone who mentioned the fact that prior exposure or infection would lead to natural immunity, including doctors, was silenced at best and usually cancelled completely.
It was the moment I realized that none of this made any sense. Up was now down. Black was now white. Just totally false information, intentionally spread in a coordinated manner.

I'll admit I thought that "2 weeks to flatten the curve" was a reasonable thing to say. I think most people thought that made sense at the time.
But that quickly changed from "lets all try not to contact each other excessively for 2 weeks to prevent this from overwhelming our hospitals" to many months of masking, closing society for months, and forced vaccination.
The thing that pissed me off the most was making the young kids wear masks all day at school for the following year. Children were the one group almost not affected at all by the virus but they tortured those poor kids with masks for a damn year.

You're not wrong. At all. But it began in 2020 under the direction of Pence and Jared as leadership of the group. At any second, they could've removed Fauci/Birx. Fauci started his career under Reagan forward.

As soon as this goofy pos started talking, I knew he was full of shite.
I had no idea so many people would go along with the bullshite.
Even to this day, I can’t help but roll my eyes when somebody says “during the pandemic,” and when I say “it’s still here, what’s changed?” everybody shuts up for a few seconds and pretends like nothing was said.
