Same here. Bet $200 and won at Harrah's in New Orleans, promptly cashed out after getting another drink and went home. I learned a long time ago when to cut and run.

I won a couple hundred betting on LSU in the 07 Sugar Bowl. True story I watched that game from a ridiculous penthouse in Vegas with a guy that had 100k on ND.

I don't remember the biggest bet, but I did walk out with $15,860 last Friday. Hit an $8000 and $1600 jackpot. All off of one $5 machine betting 10 bucks.

If you routinely bet on $10 slot pulls, I'm sure that win doesn't come close to equalizing your losses

1700 on one hand of blackjack. Lost it but still wound up winning 3k that night. Also lost 6 straight 500 dollar blackjack bets. Was up big that night but walked out even after that beatdown.

yeah I believe the story. I had a friend who was a degenerate gambler. He won nice jackpots frequently but it all ended up back at the casino.

1,500 on Roulette Gradually built up to it. Started with $50 and doubled every time I lost. Finally got my money back.

If you doubled your bet starting with $50 you would never hit 1500. It would go from 800 to 1600. I do like the practice of double when you lose and pocket when you win. As long as you start small and don't run out of money to bet or time you'll at worst leave even.

This is the problem people have when they try this after convincing themselves they will win money.. They run out of money.

ha.. What a dumbass. ND fans were the only people in the country who didn't realize that ND team was overrated. Brady Quinn was overrated.

I've put a few hundred in the center of a poker table before at Mandalay Bay. Not a big gambler though.

There are very few poker players on this thread. I've pushed about $500 in playing No Limit Texas Holdem at the old Belle.

$500 on red and lost. It was bonus I got when I was younger.

I usually go to a casino and take everything I plan on betting and put it on a color. If I hit, at worst I break even, if I lose I only lose what I planned to lose.
