They'll complain to management about the gratuity, unfortunately you cant legally make them pay it. They send food back because they don't like the dish, and complain about not liking the drink they ordered the stupid games they play result in free food and drinks, in which they are after. Those people have zero shame.

We actually have a lot of decent places to eat in BR and probably 100 I would rather go to than this place. I'm sure the food is good, but darn is it ugly. I have never seen any upscale restaurant in a larger city that's just all black with black pleather booths. I suppose this is truck stop casino chic.
