Yes, that Sunday on the Neutral ground on Napoleon is extremely crowded

We have a spot on the neutral ground on Napoleon and Camp. We’re there pretty much the entire time.

Saturday after the uptown parades are over and everyone heads to Mid City for Endymion, we go back out there and mark out a bigger area for Sunday. Then we have people show up at 5-6 am Sunday morning to start setting up the tents and whatnot. All our kids are older so we don’t have ladders anymore which makes things easier.

We also have an apt on the corner of St Charles and Milan that we use as well. I’m back and forth quite a bit. Thank god for the Milan St Lounge is my halfway go to spot and Ms Maes is right there and there’s hardly ever a wait

I'm not sure what you're getting at with this. I would assert that each of those places (Gentilly and NO East) have sort of experienced previously what Metiarie (at least along the Veterans corridor area) is now starting to experience.

You’re gonna have to explain this for me? I live off vets near Bonnabel and property values are soaring. Smaller houses are being bought, knocked down, and bigger ones are being put up.
