Women don't want to see some 300 pound guy with a huge gut wearing a speedo. They want shirtless hunks with rippling abs. No one complains about this preference, nor tries to force fat men on women.

The reverse isn't true. This woman is fat. She says she has pride in her looks, but she clearly doesn't. Pride is recognizing that you don't have a bikini body and dealing with it.
