I'm not trying to downplay this, but that doesn't look that bad, with the exception of Hawai’i.

Yup, and that side of the island get 20-30ft surf pretty often in the winter months. Honolulu will be fine.

I don't think tsunami damage comes from the actual wave heights.

Unless it's a large asteroid impact it doesnt look like the ending scenes of Deep Impact

They're telling people in the Honolulu evacuation zone to get in a building above the 4th floor. Really concerned about MCAS Kaneohe Bay, lots of mainland families who probably have no idea what to do.
