They won't get 2/3 votes on this crap, it's been tried several times before.

Not really. I don’t think any of Obama’s after Sandy Hook were found unconstitutional. They just really didn’t do much because the president’s peers are limited here. I’d imagine Biden’s are going to be very similar, lots of teeth will be gnashes, Congress won’t do much, and in the near future will be in this spot again.
