Same. We hate WalMart but now we get to pay the low prices and never go into the store. We buy meats, fresh vegetables and fruit elsewhere though.

Walmart pays its employees at least minimum wage. Waiters get paid $2/hour. Almost all the money they make is from tips

What are you trying to say? Walmart pays its employees a real wage. Restaurants pay waiters $2/hr. They essentially make nothing if you don’t tip. That’s the difference here

I've never used this service, but twice a year or so, they send me a postcard enticing me with a $10 discount on $50 or something. Best of all, it's addressed to "Grocery Hero," which really makes my day!

Picked up my order yesterday. Less than 7 minutes and I was headed for home. Got home and realized they forgot my ground beef. Called and told them and they had me come back and get it. No hassle and they met me immediately with it and apologized. First time in about 10 trips they have made any mistake. Gonna just chalk it up to an accident as it has happened before at the store when someone is bagging my stuff.
Will be on the lookout next time.

We use the grocery pickup. It definitely eliminates my biggest complaint with Wal Mart or Giant Eagle, which was the shopping experience.

I use this service all the time. Not lazy. Just taking advantage of a service offered. They don't accept tips. When they are out of something I order and I don't want their substitute I can choose not to accept it if I want. Takes 5 minutes on the way home from work and I end up spending less money on shite I don't need.

They usually select your grocery items hours before your scheduled pickup time and put them in fridges or freezers in an area for pickup orders. I check in on the app when I leave the house, and they know when I arrive.. They then pull my stuff, put it in a cart, and bring it to my car within a few minutes. Cold stuff is cold.
They usually contact me by email or phone about 30 Minutes before my one-hour scheduled pickup window. The crew could not be nicer, They are by far the best Walmart workers I’ve ever encountered,
The rules of the program say they can’t accept tips. I shelled out $100this weekend to movers and appliance delivery guys, but I don’t tip at Walmart and never got the impression they are looking for one,
You can mark each item on your list to say whether you’d accept a substitute if they are out. If they do sub, it is always for a bigger size, more expensive brand, etc, And they tell you about any subs whenever they load your car. You can reject them if you don’t like their sub.
I won’t set foot in a Walmart unless absolutely necessary, but I’ve used this service several times. At my store, they do an excellent job. No complaints,
