So why are you here every day making more threads than everyone?

Don't bro me, douchebag, your taste in music is atrocious and the idiotic race-baiting you've been doing in this thread makes you look like a giant retard.

I do love Doja, though.

So it's racism as to why someone might not like the song? It has nothing to do with terrible lyrics, being of some style that many don't actually consider country, or that someone may not like country at all, etc. Nope, it's just racism.
I can't stand 99% of rap and/or R & B. I also can't stand 99% of all newer music that is played on any radio station. However, because I don't like the rap or R&B, I must be racist.

Nothing about it feels "country" except some banjo and apparently the words (Texas which they rhyme with Lexus) and tornado?
It really hits almost every “country music trope”.

Texas
Poker
Dive bar
Whiskey
Red cups
Line dancing
Hoedown
Boots, spurs

You can almost feel the AI algorithm churning this out.

But does it mention trains, or trucks, or prison, or getting' drunk?

Pretty good song. If it was by Carrie underwood, the OT would be singing praises

Might be a good song, but it ain’t country.

These music (and race) debates get tired because music is so subjective, but if this type of thing interests you and you want to hear other black voices in country/folk/Americana may I suggest Rhiannon Giddens. She's been doing this for years and has an amazing voice and is an extremely talented musician.
