I just purchased YouTube premium because I got tired of hearing my 3 year old cry every time an ad interrupted his show. This has been a great purchase and allows me to let him watch for hours and not be disturbed.

He’s really advanced for a 3 year old, so I was hoping that some of you guys with older kids could share some good YouTube channels that I could introduce to him. He’s pretty bored with Blippi and Cocomelon at this point.

TIA

Do not do it. We had to get YouTube off all TVs for them, that’s all they would watch, youngest was 4 and watching Ryan and always crying about toys in the store because Ryan and all those idiot kids were always doing toy episodes

None. YouTube for toddlers is evil

That being said, Modern Met is a cool Chanel for seeing them paint and mold and sculpt things

My daughter was reading level 2 books at 3 years old and could count over 100. Spend more time with your son.

Take him to story time at your local library. Play outside with him. Bring him to church. He’ll have plenty of time to stare at a screen.

Maybe you could play with your kid instead of sticking them in front of the TV.

And limit how long he can watch tv……

He gets it while eating his snack or lunch and few other times when we need to have him distracted. Rest of the day he is playing legos, hot wheels crafts etc

You let your 3 year old watch YouTube for hours? You know that’s shitty parenting right? YouTube isn’t your babysitter. My 3 year old gets 30 minutes of screen time a day while we have breakfast. The rest of the day no tv. FaceTime with the grandparents is the only phone time he gets.
