What would a loaded Land Cruiser have that an unloaded Land Cruiser doesn't?

Don't know but I wish I could get land cruiser running gear on a stripped out interior.

Thats what I drive.
I've never owned a vehicle that was in even the same class as far as build quality. Also with the air ride suspension its by far the smoothest ride I've ever experienced.

Yeah, I thought they basically came in a single package

I think there are only a few options you can even have added to them. They are basically one-size fits all. Saw one new at the Toyota dealership last year for $82 at year end, but most usually roll off the lot around here in the high 80's.
The Lexus version (LX570) they nickel and dime you with the premium package, entertainment, etc. Was seeing these new in the $92-$98k range depending on the options.

My wife still has a hot young pussy and likes to sling it around, so no way I'm putting her in that hybrid minivan pile of crap.

You're thinking of the 60

Not uncommon to be able to get them in the mid 70s (before taxes) here in Memphis.
The only options are remote start and all weather floor mats.
