Not gonna lie...I laughed out loud at the OP harder than any thread I can remember. Pure gold.

How is Louisiana last in economic stability when we have a balanced budget every year?

What I'm curious about is what Louisiana's highest ever ranking is and when that was. It's unlikely that we've ever touched the 30s, but we can dream.

They have South Carolina way too high on this list. We should be 57th at best. I wouldn’t let a three legged mule degrade himself by calling himself a resident or even an inhabitant of the state of South Carolina. Stay far far away.

I question the integrity of that ranking if Louisiana is not dead last in infrastructure

California at 24 is a damn joke. Any of the bottom 10 states are much better places to live.

A lot of those states have something different than LA.

I wonder what.

Racist. States with large black populations tend to be at the bottom half.

With the exception of Florida, you couldn’t PAY ME to live in any of the ‘Top 15’ states.

Louisiana is no prize, but most of these states aren’t either.

Utah #3 overall, but #48 in natural environment?

Utah, Idaho or North Carolina? You're crazy.

Florida is by far the best state in the country and it’s not even close. Maybe Texas 2nd

Top 6 are Washington, Minnesota, Utah, New Hampshire, Idaho, and Nebraska...yeah i'll pass on all of those

Minn is super nice. I’d live there if I could deal with the cold (I cannot). WA state is gorgeous. I could move there easily too.

In 2017 Idaho was 32nd, they are now 5th. What happened in a few years to change their outlook so much?
Leftists discovered it and are moving out there in fair numbers looking to ruin it.

There is no way Florida is top 3 in education. I do love Illinois being dead last in fiscal stability. They did it to themselves with a pension system you have to try NOT to abuse. Where UI is located there is a person who was drawing a full teachers and former mayor's pension. That wasn't enough... she ran and was elected as treasurer for the county, stayed 8 months, and now draws a 3rd full pension. My in-laws talk about it all the time when they visit and I wonder why they just don't leave. From what I've seen the situation is worse than California was in the 90s.

They just got bailed out with a "covid" bill so they are good and can move up 25 spots. See how great leftist fiscal policy works. Someone else pays the piper.

You sound very bitter. Maybe the Poli board is where you should post?

I mean, every one of your posts has something political about it.

Or you can just move on along and keep up your tiresome schtick with that other clown.

And, my first two posts in this thread had nothing political in them.
