Definitely not New Roads, False River, or St Francisville. Stay away from those places.

Probably on the lake front in Mandeville or in one of those mansions that back up to Audubon Park in New Orleans.

Bayou Corne was just delightful pre sink hole.

St. Francisville was nice but commuting through Scotlandville to take 110 through the Exxon corridor was not a commute I was down with.

It really depends on where you are in your life. There are several great places to “live” “retire” “raise a family” in Louisiana.

It’s just depends on what your interest and hobbies are

Louisiana has a lot to offer

Prairieville ten years ago. No traffic like it is now and like 4 strip clubs within a two mile stretch on airline. Good ones too, where yiur dollar would go far.
