good place to raise a family where I don’t feel the need to pack heat to go out and buy groceries. Good school system. Like I mentioned before I fly out of msy a good bit and love going to lsu games

West St Tammany is your best bet. My wife and I lived in Ascension and loved it until we moved to Mandeville.

Lazy attempt. There is plenty of places to live even north of Shreveport.

Plain Dealing is the answer.

Alexandria. Big enough to have stuff, and not so big that traffic is an issue. Multiple reservoirs for both fishing and water sports. Lots of public land in the form of national forests and WMAs. Very close to Cane River. Two niceish public access golf courses. Not limited to one land type. I could go on and on.

Nice try. You clearly left off the extremely unfavorable demographics in CenLa. If you only go to town during the day for quick things and don’t spend extended amounts of time there, MAYBE then again I’d have to live on a big piece of land to enjoy It.

I must not know about this even though I have lived here since birth.

I have no idea what you're basing this off of. I would know if there is something to this.

Some serial downvoters in this light-hearted thread. I wish there was a way to dox you little cockroaches from under the rug.

I'll say it again...Breaux Bridge. /thread
