I actually like the flavor of Buc-ees BBQ sauce. Locally, I like Daigle's. Big brands Sweet Baby Ray's Chipotle or even Cattlemen's will do.

I use Meat Mitch Wop sauce, but doctor it up with a bit of vinegar and heat

holy shite I came here to say this. Didn’t think someone else would. I literally drive an hour and a half up there sometimes during the off-season. Usually grab a few of them during hunting season.

I’ve been using Blues Hog Champions Blend lately. A little thinner than most bottle sauces and a good mix of sweet and spicy.
