Best Multi-Purpose Sweatpants

Looking for a new pair of sweatpants. Need to be versatile enough to work in the gym, but also have utility at the strip club. Last pair I got were these.
Not looking for those ones with the crotch that hangs to the floor. TIA

I've been trying to find some non-fleece jogging pants with elastic ankles for years.
Amazing how hard they are to find. The last pair I has came from Mervyns so that tells you know long that's been.
