Westpaw has some great heavy duty toys and tuggers for heavy chewers. And if your dog ever breaks it or chews off part of it, they replace it (once).
It took 2 years before my dog wore one of their toys down and we’ve had the replacement for 2 additional years. I think it was $19 for the one we got and it’s been a bargain compared to buying a new one every week.

I do nosework with my dog. hide treats in random places around the house, inside of and under various things, and get them to find it.
the better they get at it, the harder you make it to find.
you can teach them commands while you're doing it, like sit, stay, hunt, break, etc.
my poodle loves playing and it wears him out mentally.

Your biggest issue with that dog is going to be that any toy, no matter what it is, can be used to fetch.
Fetch will always be a two person deal, so you may as well stick with cheap tennis balls.
The real solution is to find some way to run her. I had a heeler that was high energy, so for the first two years I had her I would hop on the four wheeler and run her a few miles before and after work.

Why are you keeping your dog in a kennel that’s about 4 sizes too small for her?
I wouldn’t say for sure it’s too small from the pic, but it is definitely upside down.

I have a boxer and a black mouth cur who can destroy any toy in minutes. I tried these and they chew on them for hours and they last forever. They still have the two I bought them almost a year ago.

Bike ride. Learn to train her to run in the neighborhood without a leash while you ride the bike.
Start at night at the back of the neighborhood. Slowly work your way up to daytime.
Get a sound/vibrate/shock coller and train her left and right sidewalk based on cars and objects.
10 min bike ride morning and night and you are golden.
Get some puzzles and lick mats. have to mentally drain her too. Work on tricks daily with cut up hot dogs. Mentally drain her more.
boooo tennis balls. they become obsessed.
Dog park also just not city park.

Hunt her frequently like she was born to do.
If you don’t do this or train her regularly you will have captain insano living in your house.

Every dog I've ever had will just sit there and gnaw a toy until it falls the fk apart. they don't just play with them, they eat them.
i have to go with toys that are like hard/rubbery/plastic toys.

Another vote for west paw. I have a wirehaired pointer and he destroys every toy, but these seem to last the longest. Also the Nylabone wishbone.
Also, word of advice from a pointer owner to another. Excercise changes the moods of these dogs immensely. When i don’t throw ball or frisbee with him in the evenings, he’s sooooo annoying inside the house. I leave him out back during the day while I’m at work unless it’s raining. When he’s inside when I’m not home, he’s always in his kennel. Kennel is a bigger cage one, much bigger than that one you have. I suggest you upsize yours.

A chuck it or frisbee if you have the space to let the pup run. I don't think any other type of toy will do it. I have two GSDs and chuck it is king - I also take the younger one on bike rides to get the energy out.
