Dr.Portwood off siegen

tv's in every room so you can watch ESPN or whatever you want to during the procedure

he has some eye candy that works at the office as well

I would see Dr. Mike Rousell, like many others have said. His office is comfortable, he and his staff are nice, but I don't know about him being hilarious...... May be an oversell there.
