I’m not far from you. Off Fry west of 99.

Let’s hope in 24 hours we are talking about how this wasn’t bad.

TWC in Galveston, well, showing a feed from Galveston.com really. Looks pretty white-cappy and dank.

It seems like every admin is about to be hit in some way by the Hurricane. Lewdawg is in control for the next 24 hours?

blame the poster earlier that said your power grid could handle this storm no problem.

I left Surfside yesterday morning. Prepped my place for flood but didn’t board up, wasn’t expecting this wind. Kind of kicking myself now but there isn’t that much stuff out near my place to just fly around.

Isn’t fry east of 99?

I’m in Elyson neighborhood west of 99. No power issues yet but grid is kind of shaky since that last big storm.

That dude’s profile said South Texas. Clueless. Hopefully San Bernard Electric has my back out here in the sticks or I’ll be grilling axis and wagyu steaks. You baws are welcome to the country at that point. Bring more beer.

Poured a rum drink to kick off the evening storm watch.
