This tends not to happen for several reasons:
1. They occur mainly in places military would consider extremely safe
2. A sniper killing someone like this would have no tactical benefit and likely have a significant net strategic downside
3. A (good) sniper team is a force-multiplying military asset, possibly burning them for basically no positive results would be a poor use of assets.
None of this means it has nor will ever happen, it just isn't smart from a military POV in most cases, especially those where the person is not aligned with a country that is not engaged with boots on the ground or even in the air or on the seas.

I get that this is UN refugee thing he does and posting on his social media in Poland and while going into & actually inside Ukraine serves that as well serving the Hollywood look at me syndrome, but was he posting on social media while with Ukraine President or about meeting him beforehand. Isn’t their President targeted by Russia or is that area now completely free of threats including missile strikes?
