I wish someone would research how much in taxes these people pay. They set up foundations called things like Ben Stiller Foundation. Then it pays for travel for things like this and all the other crap they do. They have to constantly appear to be doing something.

The UN and USO are not even remotely the same thing. So, I wouldn't say it is a long tradition.

I know Zelensky needs to keep the war effort in the front of the collective mindset, but just once it'd be funny if whatever politician it was said "sorry, my country is at war, I don't have time to meet some actor".

He is a longtime ambassador for the United Nations and refugee relations. And went to Poland do visit refugees during this trip.
Did it occur to anyone that there is press operating in Ukraine and that maybe, just maybe this helps their country publicity wise? I highly doubt Ben Stiller set up photo ops. Laughable. What is he promoting?
He just lost his father and is approaching 60 ... maybe, just maybe he wants to help and is changing his priorities in life and wants to help.
instead, this rant filled site wants to attack down the usual tropey manner ... Hollywood elite, Sean Penn ... blah blah. The cynicism and thinly veiled racism on this board is just too much. After almost 20 years on this site it's tiring.

So why they mad about Ben Stiller? Does the OT hate refugees? I mean before long Louisianans might need help from the UNHCR. They'll be begging for Ben Stiller s help as refugees to get out of the war torn state.
