So.. Taxation is theft?
What would you call it if when you were told you had to work a 40 hour work week, your boss told you that half of the time you were on the clock you were going to work for free for the government, and the other half of the time you worked, that was for yourself to feed your family? Now, what if he said that if he pays you more, you will have to work even more hours for the government?
Taxation on consumables I get. Taxation on labor I don’t, and I don’t care that they say they’re just using your income to determine your tax. It’s still a tax on your labor you sweat out when you work for it.

It must be so sad to live a life where you feel such power, feel so good inside, because someone forced someone to do a service for you.

And the water in the colored fountain was just as good, too, right?
The water was, the delivery system was the problem.

The irony is you're proving my point up and down this thread.
We used to be the country that as bad as we were others looked at us and said "they don't stomp on the little guy."
But here you are trying to insult a white, male, hetero, atheist, Republican who doesn't like but understands the slap the penalty imposed is supposed to make.
Hint: it's excessive to set a don't do this bullshite standard.
The morally superior standard is treat others as you'd like to be treated by the way.
I'd like a gay, a Muslim, or a black guy to just take my money and back the cake. Cuz if I opened a bakery I would do the same for them, because I like money and buying things.

I get your point, but I must point out an obvious caveat.
The majority of Black exclusives facilities and organizations are the net result of being excluded 50 years ago. Had racial integration been a smoother process, these organizations would never have existed in the first place.

So the reason "big" government has to be involved at all is you can't even be civilized to your goddamn neighbor unless Uncle Sam in some way or another is looking over your goddamn shoulder.
If this is directed at me, you are very very mistaken. I own a business in a predominately Hispanic neighborhood, live in a predominately black neighborhood, and married to an Asian woman.
If I didn't want to serve Hispanics or anyone for that matter my business wouldn't last long and Uncle Sam wouldn't even have to be involved. If one of my distributors wasn't doing business with another business because of their skin color or for whatever bigoted reason, I would find another distributor.

Naw the spirit of my post was about the having to move to enough service provider because bigots.
The rest was just a general lashing and plural you of the people that want to exclude because the Bible said no cakes for flakes, or their pappy gave them sage advice on them coloreds.

To me the difference is fair regulation of commerce vs forcing people to make an artistic or political statement through providing a service.
I supported gay marriages but it’s over reach to force others to provide services that are a releigious or moral affirmation if it conflicts with their beliefs.
