In my case when I was married, it was 30 bottles of shampoo and conditioner that are at least 1/3 of the way full because we need to switch brands every week. Why? Because our hair is special. No sweetie, it can't be the 45 minutes you spend ironing it with a scorching hot flat iron.

Do you think that’s from people becoming wiser about whether or not they should get married? Or is it just people being afraid to commit at an early age?

I think wiser. Some had long term relationships which ended and they married someone else later. No real rush to get married.

I think it is people don't want to rush into marriage so quickly now. They want to enjoy their 20s now without having to be so settled down.
