So, the church down the street had this for free. Moving it 1/2 a block away was fun, as it weighs about 3 tons. Our house is very grey, so we put a coat of chalk paint on it. In before “Dracula should live in there” jokes. The bamboo didn’t go with the house. Anyone else have pics of furniture they dramatically changed?

I’m not sure what some of you think happens if New Orleans totally fails.

Y'all did a good job but honestly the unpainted version adds needed color.

Did you paint it the same color as the wall?

The spa is a tranquil color, I think.

I hate the look of matte paint over a beautiful wood color.

I was looking for the color of brain matter, but since I was reminded I have none, we just randomly selected something.

People love to pickup random furniture, paint it with some Annie Sloan white paint and call it a "transformation".

My Mother In Law and Sister In Law (no pics) took a bunch of century old, beautiful furniture from Grandma's house when she passed. Painted them with white chalk paint or "distressed" them and destroyed the shite out of these pieces. Pisses me off when people do this cheap shite.

Seems as bland as a ramekin full of goopy black gumbo with basil.
