Sorry to be contrarian, but I love women. They are fabulous. At least, mine is.

Women suck? Only if you are lucky.
If you’re really lucky, they also swallow.

This mantra only works if you don't care if your society has any future. If everyone in the US adopted this idea we'd go extinct in 2 generations. Either we develop a cure for aging or go extinct.
bullshite. If everyone took care of their own house first, society would improve.

the sentiment of almost every guy I know ?
ironically, the one's that have said this and do get divorced are usually remarried within a year and a half
My parents got divorced in 1989 and my dad said he'd never marry again at the time and he never has. He's in his 70s and still living the bachelor life

Jonathan Haidt's research bears this out. High partner count is strongly correlated with divorce.
He's a left leaning agnostic, so he isn't pushing an agenda.

I'm almost 34 and never been married and don't think I ever want to be. Also don't really want kids. My ideal situation is sort of like what I have going on now with a fwb but there definitely isn't enough sex happening... probably because she's 52. If I could just find someone that likes sex several times a week and maybe hanging out on the weekends to get plastered/high and then part ways until the next weekend - that's ideal. Not going to lie I like sleeping at her place, and even when we don't have sex cuddling and all the fooling around is nice. Though she's oddly into torturing my nipples.

Yep. The more partners you have, the less likely you are to form a bond that leads to a marriage that lasts. I don't know why they needed a whole study for this. It seems pretty obvious that if she's the town bicycle, then she's not wife material. The same goes for the dick slingers out there.

I left the dating pool at 28 and even at that point you had a choice between being a step dad, dating a fatty, or dating a nut job. There were no hot girls left with nothing wrong with them.
Posts like this make me realize truly how lucky I am. My wife and I got married "late" by comparison, I was 33 and she was 30. Neither of us had children or were/are a fatty, neither of us had been married before, and we're definitely not nutjobs and both have stable lives and careers.
We both had steady relationships that lasted several years before we met, relationships that were with shitty people and were going nowhere. I was with my ex-girlfriend for almost 7 years simply because we shared a house and we got comfortable, but neither of us wanted to marry the other in the long run so we eventually split up to find happiness and someone we DID want to marry.
Neither me nor my wife really had any baggage to speak of, and she doesn't read this board but I'll say with 100% honesty that she gets more beautiful every day and I'm continuously gaining appreciation for her as the days pass. She's a "good woman" with a great career, works hard around the house and does more than her fair share, and is still the hottest woman out there in my opinion (I've been told by others that I hit the jackpot too).
This all isn't to brag or "score internet points", it's to say that there are great women still out there if you look hard enough and don't settle for mediocrity.
As many shitty women as there are out there (and I had my fair share when I was trying to date at 31-33), there's equally as many or more shitty guys. That leaves the good guys and women still looking for someone better to marry and start a family with.
Don't give up hope just because you've had a couple bad experiences, they're still out there

Hyper-educated women do not see men of a plumber status. They simply don't exist in their world.

Funny thing is, she wasn’t the only one I came across that day wearing the same thing. Other girl had a sweatshirt that had the same slogan and here I’m just wondering what rights women don’t have in this country.
And believe me, they would absolutely bring up politics on the first date.

Friends with benefits is real nice. I don't think "the one" will come but I'm not gonna say she won't show up in my life someday.

As a one-off, fine, but yes, to be with one regularly in your early 30s seems odd.
