Can't blast darts on airplanes, and in only two airports that I know of. I still wanted nicotine, ergo Copenhagen long cut.

I ended up being the story they warned us about when we were kids. Dipped Copenhagen for over ten years and ignored that discoloration in my cheek for almost a year. In July 2024, I was diagnosed with stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma. It was starting to invade my jaw, my cheek, and affected several lymph nodes.
A month later, I had the fibula free flap surgery, “jaw in a day” commonly called, where they make you a new jaw with part of your fibula and skin grafts to repair the part of my cheek they removed. I also had a neck dissection to remove lymph nodes. Six weeks later I had 30 treatments of radiation. I finished my last treatment on my 39 birthday.
I’m happy to say that I was declared cancer free in February of this year and I turned 40 last month, which, for a time, I didn’t know if I’d see. My face looks different, half of my bottom teeth are implants, have spent weeks in the hospital, but I’m still around for my wife and three kids. All of that from dipping. Now all you boys now somebody that was a cautionary tale.

Yea.. and of course the Government wants to ban nicotine pouches. Reminds me of Delta 8 vapes and gummies. I know so many heavy heavy heavy drinkers that quit cold turkey after they discovered Delta 8 gummies (including myself lol) - now they are talking about banning them

Yep in a few weeks it will mark year 6 of being dip free thanks to Zyn.

Velo, the official nicotine pouch of TD
I’ve tried all of them too and only buy the Velos now. I tend to get more bang for my buck with them, I went through the other brands much quicker so plus for me that I am getting less nicotine with them too only using a few pouches a day as opposed to using probably twice as much daily with the other brands

What's weird is I actually started with nicotine pouches and transitioned to full dipping currently.

I had a similar experience, but my experience was health related. My cardiologist told me to quit Copenhagen or I’d probably die. So after 40ish years, I quit cold turkey. Hasn’t been easy, especially during hunting season, but so far so good…

Of tobacco in 6 days
Atta boy! Same story for me but 2-3 years ago. I’m still on the nicotine pouches, which are better from a health standpoint than tobacco. Tough habit to kick.

Wawa has them 2 for $2.99 in Fort Lauderdale.
You could get a roll for $10 from last summer up until a few weeks ago here. $15 now which is still a good deal imo but 2 for $3 is amazing.

Nicotine itself has some problems but nothing compared to tobacco.
