Bedroom lights keep turning on by themselves

Really annoying. Been going on since we moved into the house four years ago. It used to freak me out when I would come home to an empty house and try to take a quick nap and the bedroom light would suddenly come on. Then I got use to it and would just blame the dog.
It is the lights that are on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The fan has two lights: a top and a bottom and there are two on/off switches for each one of them on the wall. There is not a remote control that controls the light. I called the manufacturer and asked the neighbors if they had a remote. Only the wall switch. We have this same ceiling fan lights in our three other bedrooms and never had an issue. The light comes on during the day and night at random times. It is often on when I get home from work.
Any ideas?

Fan light switch/module most likely has an issue. We have the same thing with a fan in our bedroom and it doubles down at time and turns the fan on, off or speeds it up.
Used to think it was spirits but in fact just a faulty switch mechanism. Oh and we have a remote so that may be compounding the issue.

Even if the fan didn’t come with a remote, the previous owners might have done something weird with an aftermarket remote. If so there could be a remote recover in the fan canopy getting triggered by something.
Or the switch could be programmable. If so you need to figure out how to reset it so you can take control of it.
The most likely scenario seems like a faulty switch or a switch that is going bad. You should replace the switch. A faulty switch is a fire hazard.

New build and we are the first to live in the house.
